The purpose of the study is not to evaluate the constitutional reform. The research discusses the inaccuracies of the provisions of the constitution which the reader should evaluate whether it is technical or substantive. Of course, the study does not include a grammatical analysis of all provisions of the Constitution. The study will focus on several provisions, which we think will help the legislator to refine and make the text of the Constitution perfect. The research has revealed substantial inaccuracies in the constitution which, at first glance, may seem like technical rather than substantive errors, although they clearly require correction.
